What’s up at iTools

A healthy start
It seems programme management and governance is extending to the health sector. Last month, the Manawatu Independent Practice Association, representing medical practitioners took iTools Control on board.

With Primary Health Organisations (PHBs) and District Health Boards (DHBs) as their client groups, the geographically dispersed association’s members sought an on-demand, real-time overview of their projects and how they were delivering to clients.

Priority clients take priority
In August, iTools took to the road to meet with Wellington company Priority Management’s clients to show them the ‘third way’ in project management. With Priority’s clients all clued up on the ins and outs of project management, many were looking to automate the project management processes and get a visible, real-time view of what was going on. Several of Priority’s clients are now trialling iTools to see the benefits of online, real time programme management in action.
