Real Time Reporting

Traditional project tools can be manual and cumbersome when it comes to reporting. Programme managers can spend hours, and even days, sourcing information from various project managers – each often operating on different platforms – to compile management reports.

By the time management reports are compiled, the information can already be out-of-date.
Real time reporting is only possible if the tool is web-based with all stakeholders having access to it. Data is tiled up by level, and dashboard reporting used to filter through the information that matters to management.
